They were used more than 10,000 years ago.
Although this Earthenware has the same decorativeness as contemporary art, in its simplest form, it is a stylized clay pot from a bonfire.
They are baked at low temperature in a wood-fired kiln. The large emission of far infrared from them purify the air with little added heat for cooking.
